The developers of Carriage Ridge have given careful planning to the design of this unique community to insure that the integrity of the openness of the land is maintained and to afford an exciting amenity package to the residents of Carriage Ridge.
Large home sites with rolling terrain and topographic changes allow for numerous opportunities to build a variety of home styles.
A large area of the development, to the south east, is designated as an Environmental Corridor where residents and neighbors may ride, walk, and enjoy the nature trails as well as experience the tremendous natural views allowed from this site. It is in this area that two Indian Mounds exist.
Six-Mile Creek meanders through the development and given the proximity to water, residents remark
that you are treated to a huge array of birds to watch including Blue Heron, Cranes, Hawks, and Eagles
that create a wondrous symphony, free for the listening.
Carriage Ridge began with 50 large single family lots. The first section of the new Addition (First Addition to Carriage Ridge) consists of an additional 14 large single family lots.
